Global Client Director

Total Compensation: $200k - $400k includes variable compensation

Job Title: Global Client Director

The Global Client Director is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with enterprise clients across multiple regions. This role serves as the executive point of contact for key accounts, driving revenue growth, customer retention, and long-term business partnerships.

Description of Duties:

• Recognize and develop opportunities
• Create opportunities based upon the services offered by Gotham
• Promote Gotham's offerings including product, services, PS and Managed Services and Staffing, software solutions, Cybersecurity and end user computing.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers
• Coordinate resources across sales, technical, operations, and vendor teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast revenue opportunities.
• Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry events, and vendor conferences
• Adheres to all company policies and security controls

Corporate Offering Knowledge

• Gain full understanding of our technical capabilities and how they can be applied
• Develop strong knowledge of key vendor product index and understand what drives each vendor/partner
• Develop and maintain strong understanding of past company proposed solutions
• Other duties as assigned by Management

Qualifications:

• 3-10+ years’ experience selling professional consulting services.
• Ability to communicate/sell at the C-Level across vertical industries.
• Experience selling software solutions in the New York/New Jersey Market.
• Strong communication (spoken and written) skills.
• Experience selling our partner technologies and solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and profit targets
• Proven business-technology consulting experience.
