We’re Growing! Q-Products, part of the Lanco Group of Companies, is expanding its global operations in thermal protection and sustainable packaging solutions. We’re seeking an executive leader to help accelerate our next stage of growth.

The Opportunity

The Global Operations Director will provide strategic leadership across three key areas: Financial Performance, Process Excellence, and People Leadership. This executive will drive global P&L performance, operational scalability, leadership development, and the use of AI, automation, and technology to strengthen the business and support growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead global operations with accountability for P&L, financial performance, and scalable growth.
• Drive process excellence, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency across the organization.
• Build, develop, and align high-performing leadership teams.
• Partner with senior leadership on business strategy, capacity, capital investment, and expansion.
• Identify and implement AI, automation, and technology opportunities that improve workflows and business performance.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive operations leadership experience with multi-site, business unit, or global responsibility.
• Proven P&L ownership and success improving business performance and driving growth.
• Strong process and people leadership with the ability to lead through change and organizational growth.
• Strategic, analytical, and decisive leader with strong communication and cross-functional influence.
• Experience with KPIs, ERP systems, operational technology, and AI/automation.
• Broad operations leadership experience required; manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to lead across functions, cultures, and geographic regions.
