Our client is looking to add an HRIS professional to their team, and experience with Oracle HCM is a must for this role. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being handson with HR systems, working closely with HR teams, troubleshooting issues, and finding ways to make processes run more smoothly. The ideal candidate is someone who can jump in, take ownership, and become a go-to resource for Oracle HCM.


This role is temp to perm and is on-site five days per week.


Pay rate: $40-48/hr DOE


Duties:

  • Be the go-to person for day-to-day Oracle HCM support and administration.
  • Help manage employee data, system updates, workflows, and other HRIS-related requests.
  • Work across Oracle modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance, Talent, Learning, and Absence.
  • Partner with HR teams to understand their needs and translate them into system solutions.
  • Help with system updates, enhancements, testing, troubleshooting, and new functionality.
  • Review employee and organizational data to make sure everything is accurate and up to date.
  • Pull reports and create dashboards to help the HR team better understand and use their data.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and work with IT, Oracle, and external vendors as needed.
  • Support integrations between Oracle and other systems, such as payroll, benefits, recruiting, finance, and other internal platforms.
  • Create and maintain process documentation and user guides.
  • Look for opportunities to automate or simplify processes and make the HR team's day-to-day work easier.
  • Provide support and training to HR users as needed.
  • Jump in on various HR projects and initiatives as they come up.


Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or a similar HR systems-focused role.
  • Hands-on Oracle HCM experience is required.
  • Solid understanding of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Comfortable working with HR data, reporting, and audits.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to catch and resolve issues.
  • Someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels.
  • A hands-on, team-oriented personality with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
