Human Resources Assistant

Contract: 3 months, possibility to extend

Pay: $18 - $19/hr.

Onsite: Rancho Cucamonga, California 91730

Must Haves:

• 2–3+ years of experience supporting an HR department
• Strong coordination, organization, and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bilingual English & Spanish
• High school diploma or greater

Preferred:

• HRIS experience; Paylocity preferred
• Recruiting and onboarding experience

Job Description:

This HR Assistant will provide hands-on support to a fast-paced HR department, supporting employees across the corporate office as well as field and shop operations.
