WHAT YOU’LL DO:
HR Projects & Programs:
- Manage and coordinate HR projects based on team and business priorities, from scoping through delivery.
- Manage assigned project plans and timelines, track progress against milestones, and flag risks before they affect delivery.
- Liaise and coordinate with cross-functional teams to compile, audit and reconcile data for executive presentation, upholding an exceptionally high standard for accuracy
- Own and support emerging People Team programs, including new HR initiatives, developing new processes for evolving business needs, and supporting
M&A integrations:
- Respond to a broad range of employee questions with clear, timely support, escalating appropriately when needed.
- Conduct internal HR audits, including I-9 compliance, benefits enrollment accuracy, and broader data integrity checks.
Benefits Administration:
- Guide new hires through their benefit options and enrollment from start to finish.
- Manage the benefits enrollment system, including configuration and setup for employee enrollment.
- Manage planning and execution of annual open enrollment, including system setup and launch.
- Draft employee communications and open enrollment collateral in partnership with Internal Communications.
- Administer recurring benefits processes: billing, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Administer COBRA continuation coverage.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits vendors, managing relationships and resolving issues as they arise.
Immigration Support:
- Provide coordination and administrative support for employee immigration matters.
- Track visa status, expiration dates, deadlines, and spend, and drive timely completion of required steps.
- Coordinate between employees and other parties in the immigration process.
- Manage Form I-9 verification and recordkeeping in accordance with applicable law and company policy.
Vendor Contract Administration:
- Maintain People Team vendor contracts and related records.
- Track contract terms, expiration and renewal dates, and required actions to support timely renewal decisions.
- Coordinate with Legal and relevant stakeholders on vendor contracts, renewals, and documentation.
WHAT WE NEED:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 4 years of HR generalist experience within a technology or financial services environment, with broad working knowledge across HR domains, including total rewards, compliance, and HR systems.
- Strong, hands-on Excel or Google Sheets skills, including experience building and maintaining reports, trackers, and data structures that others rely on.
- Benefits administration experience, including enrollment systems, open enrollment, billing, reconciliation, or reporting.
- Experience with HRIS and benefits administration platforms.
- Immigration coordination experience is preferred but not required.

- Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and support multiple HR initiatives simultaneously.
- Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work, along with curiosity and a willingness to experiment with new ways of working.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with sound judgment when handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across the People Team and with external partners.
