Human Resources Generalist

A growing commercial real estate organization is seeking an HR Generalist to join its team. This is a hands-on role supporting the full employee lifecycle while also partnering closely with leadership on office operations, employee engagement, and special projects.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, payroll support, leaves, and HR compliance
• Partner with leadership on employee experience, culture, and engagement initiatives
• Provide administrative support to senior leadership and assist with special projects
• Help coordinate office operations, company events, and workplace activities

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of HR Generalist experience
• Strong knowledge of California employment practices
• Experience across payroll, recruiting, employee relations, benefits, and HR administration
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
