Y:We are seeking an experienced HR professional to support our US operations. While most HR services are administered through our Professional Employer Organisation (PEO), this role will work closely with the PEO to ensure efficient HR operations, compliance with employment legislation, and a seamless employee experience. Key responsibilities include HR coordination, employee record management, policy administration, and support for employee-related processe

s.In addition, this role will serve as a strategic HR partner to the Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Technology, supporting organisational effectiveness initiatives, talent development, succession planning, leadership capability building, and workforce planning to enable business growth and long-term organisational succes

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIT

    Serve as the primary HR contact for US employees and manag
  • ers.Coordinate with the PEO on payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and HR proces
  • ses.Manage employee records, onboarding, offboarding, and employment documentat

  • ion.Partner with business leaders on talent development, succession planning, and workforce plann
  • ing.Support compensation, promotion, and organisational change decisi
  • ons.Drive employee engagement, recognition, and culture initiati
  • ves.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment l
  • aws.Prepare HR reports and provide people-related insights to leaders

EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS & EXPE

  • RIENCE:5 to 7 years of HR experience with exposure to US employment pra
  • ctices.Familiarity with PEO administration, payroll systems, and benefits mana
  • gement.Strong understanding of US labor laws and compliance requir
  • ements.Excellent communication and interpersonal
  • skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collabora
  • tively.Experience in performance management and talent development pre
  • ferred.Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field pre
