Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (60%)
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, policies, and employee relations activities.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, employee communications, and benefits administration.
- Serve as a resource for managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace issues.
- Assist with performance management, employee development, and compliance initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy within ADP Workforce Now.
- Support employee engagement and retention efforts.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
Office Administration (40%)
- Process payroll and provide payroll-related support.
- Review and reconcile vendor invoices, including: Weekly contractor invoices
- Office and operational supplies
- Other facility-related expenses
- Coordinate office operations, vendor relationships, and administrative processes.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility needs.
- Assist with reporting, budgeting, and invoice tracking as needed.
Process Improvement Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline HR and administrative workflows.
- Partner with leadership to optimize utilization of ADP Workforce Now (WFN).
- Enhance and improve the company's performance appraisal and employee review processes.
- Develop efficient procedures and best practices that support organizational growth.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of combined Human Resources and Office Administration experience.
- Experience supporting payroll processing and office operations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with HRIS systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now (WFN).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or other HR certification preferred.
