Job Title: Senior Intelex Solution Architect (EHS & ESG)
Location: Fremont, CA
We are hiring a Senior Intelex Solution Architect with 10-15 years of EHS/ESG consulting experience and 6+ years of hands-on Intelex expertise.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 full lifecycle Intelex implementations
- Strong experience in 5+ Intelex modules:
- ESG & Sustainability
- Waste Management
- Audit & Inspection
- Risk Management (JSEA/HIRA)
- Incident & CAPA
- Management of Change (MOC)
- Training & Competency
- Compliance Obligation Tracking
- Expertise in Intelex architecture, configuration, deployment, and administration
- Experience integrating Intelex with SAP EHS, Enhesa, Enablon, IBM Tririga, Metrio, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, RCRA, TSCA, ISO 14001/45001
- Familiarity with ESG reporting standards: GRI, SASB, TCFD, and CDP
- Proven ability to lead workshops, roadmap planning, stakeholder engagement, and executive presentations
Preferred: Experience supporting Semiconductor, Electronics Manufacturing, or Advanced Manufacturing organizations.
