Inventory Control Clerk

Akkodi's is seeking a Inventory Control Clerk / Analyst for a 12 Months contract position with a client located in Santa Clara, CA 95054. Responsible for hardware room inventory control check in/Check out process. Maintain, inventory and control of offsite and onsite hardware.

Job Title : Inventory Control / Warehouse Specialist

Location : Santa Clara, CA 95054

Duration : 12 Months

Pay Range: $23/hr. - $25/hour on w2 (without benefits); the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for hardware room inventory control check in/Check out process.

• Maintain, inventory and control of offsite and onsite hardware.

• Work with the various Marvell departments to receive and ship hardware to vendors and Marvell Offshore operation sites.

• Assist and work with other team members and engineering personnel to ensure all paperwork is in proper order for shipment and generate appropriate shipping documentation.

• Monitor hardware inventory and report discrepancies (damaged, missing items, etc.) when appropriate to Marvell personnel and management.

• Work with other team members to resolve hardware issues regarding replacement or missing items.

• Work with other hardware room personnel and Marvells Shipping and receiving team to prepare hardware for shipping to various vendors for repair.

• Work to help drive future improvements to Marvells Test Floor environment.

• Must be willing to work in a multi-tasking, fast pace, team oriented working environment.

• Must be able to lift 35 lbs.

Qualifications:

• Proficient with inventory controls (issuing, receipt and tracking).

• Proficient with Shipping and receiving duties.

• Proficient with MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

• General administrative skills (paperwork, filing).

• Good communication skills.

• Familiar with Plan-on / Salesforce inventory data tracking platforms of similar tracking platform.
