Job Title: Bank Loan Analyst I

Location: Downers Grove, IL or Houston, TX

Schedule: Full-time | Hybrid – 4 days onsite (Mon–Thu)

Contract: 11 months

Pay Range: $40–$45/hr hour

Job Overview

Seeking a Bank Loan Analyst I to support investment and portfolio teams with trade support, reporting, loan settlements, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience in investment operations, securities operations, trade support, or banking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare scheduled reports for investment, compliance, and internal teams.
• Support traders with accurate and timely trade entry.
• Assist with loan trade closing and settlement activities.
• Coordinate with traders, counterparties, and agent banks.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across systems.
• Perform data analysis and research using internal and external sources.
• Identify and resolve trade, settlement, and data discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant financial services experience.
• Experience with bank loans, bonds, securities, fixed income, or trade settlements preferred.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently and as part of a team.
• Investment/asset management experience is a plus.
• S&P Wall Street Office, Allvue, or Everest experience is a plus.
