IT Project Manager

An electric utility client is looking for an IT Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the full technology workstream, including coordination across product vendors, service vendors, and internal business partners.

Position: IT Project Manager

Location: Rosemead, CA 91770 – Hybrid: Onsite Tu & W

Pay Rate: $88.27/hr. on W2

Duration: 18 months or longer

Schedule: 1st shift, M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full technology workstream, including coordination across product vendors, service vendors, and internal business partners.
• The role requires developing and maintaining a comprehensive project plan in Microsoft Project, as well as coordinating and managing progress across multiple teams and technology domains.
• Providing Weekly Status reports at regular intervals to both Operational team and to Management
• Additionally, the Project Manager must be able to quickly adapt and effectively coordinate activities related to Service Transition Planning & Support, as well as the Quality Design and Architecture Review Team processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree
• IT Project Management Skills, Process Management, Familiarity with client’s processes
• Very Good communication, Proactiveness and Ability to work independently
• Minimum Years of Experience: 7 – 12
