Shift: Full-time, Day/Night Variable, 5x8s, Every Other Weekend & Holidays

Requirements to Apply
- Active New York LPN license
- BLS through AHA or RQI; candidates without BLS may be submitted if willing to obtain it
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience
- Submission requires FLH pre-screen form, work history, 2 references, skills, LPN license verification, NURSYS, and driver’s license
