About the Role

We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience, including from case inception through discovery and trial.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation from inception to trial.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Prepare and present cases in court including motions, hearings, conferences, and trial.
• Advise clients on legal rights and obligations.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in New Jersey.

Required Skills

• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in legal research tools and case management software.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in specific areas of law including but not limited to litigation, labor, employment, public and private sector, healthcare and education.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
