Job Overview

Comrise is seeking an experienced Logistics & Transportation Manager (Bilingual Mandarin) to join our team onsite in Eastvale, CA. In this role, you will oversee nationwide linehaul strategy, manage carrier capacity, analyze logistics data, and optimize supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize nationwide linehaul transportation and trucking capacity
• Build, negotiate with, and maintain a network of 10+ freight carriers and transportation vendors
• Perform data analysis to track logistics KPIs, optimize routes, and reduce transportation costs
• Partner closely with internal fleet, warehouse, and network planning teams
• Manage carrier performance, compliance reviews, and operational risk mitigation
• Leverage logistics software (TMS) to monitor shipment volume, transit times, and service quality

Qualifications

• Language: Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English (Required)
• Experience: 3+ years in logistics management, linehaul operations, fleet management, or carrier dispatching
• Data & Analytics: Strong data analysis skills (Excel/TMS) with experience tracking operational KPIs and shipment metrics
• Vendor Management: Proven track record negotiating with and managing multiple transportation carriers/vendors
• Location: Ability to work 100% onsite in Eastvale, CA
