Opportunity Overview

POP MART is seeking a highly organized and analytical Logistics Specialist to support end-to-end logistics operations across our growing U.S. retail and e-commerce network.


This role will be responsible for coordinating order fulfillment, transportation, store replenishment, and delivery operations while partnering closely with warehouses, third-party logistics providers, Store Operations, Customer Service, and other cross-functional teams.


We follow an office policy with an expectation of five days per week working onsite. Being together in person helps us collaborate, stay connected, and build a strong team culture. What You Will Achieve

Logistics & Fulfillment Operations

  • Manage and monitor day-to-day logistics activities across e-commerce and retail store delivery channels, ensuring orders and replenishment shipments are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Oversee the end-to-end fulfillment process, including order processing, picking, packing, shipping, transportation, and final delivery.
  • Coordinate store replenishment and delivery plans based on inventory levels, order volume, store needs, promotional activity, and business priorities.
  • Partner closely with warehouse teams and logistics providers to maintain smooth handoffs, dispatches, and deliveries.
  • Monitor shipment and delivery status and ensure logistics information is accurately reflected across relevant systems.


Logistics Provider & KPI Management

  • Monitor third-party logistics and transportation providers against established service levels and performance expectations.
  • Track key logistics KPIs, including fulfillment rate, on-time delivery, delivery accuracy, damage rate, exception rate, return processing time, and service quality.
  • Identify performance gaps and work with logistics partners and internal stakeholders to develop and implement corrective actions.
  • Support ongoing evaluation and optimization of logistics providers, processes, and service levels.


Exception Management & Problem Solving

  • Proactively identify and resolve logistics exceptions, including delayed shipments, lost or damaged packages, shortages, failed deliveries, returns, exchanges, and store or customer escalations.
  • Coordinate with warehouses, logistics providers, Customer Service, and Store Operations to resolve issues quickly and minimize business impact.
  • Investigate recurring operational issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of logistics exceptions and identify trends that can improve future performance.


Inventory & Warehouse Coordination

  • Partner with warehouse and inventory teams to support inventory accuracy and alignment between inventory availability, order fulfillment, and store replenishment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and movement to identify potential risks that could result in delayed orders, cancellations, or store stockouts.
  • Support resolution of inventory discrepancies and fulfillment issues impacting stores or customers.
  • Help ensure sufficient logistics and warehouse capacity during product launches, promotional periods, new store openings, and other peak business periods.


Data Analysis & Cost Optimization

  • Analyze logistics data related to transportation costs, fulfillment performance, delivery timeliness, inventory movement, exceptions, and service quality.
  • Develop recurring reports and dashboards highlighting logistics KPIs, trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor logistics expenses and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency without compromising service quality.
  • Translate operational data into actionable recommendations for logistics and business leaders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving delivery performance.


Systems & Process Improvement

  • Support enhancements to logistics systems, tools, reporting, and operational processes as the business continues to scale.
  • Maintain accurate and timely logistics data across relevant systems.
  • Identify opportunities to automate or streamline order processing, shipment tracking, reporting, and delivery planning.
  • Document and improve logistics processes, policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support the implementation of new logistics capabilities and technology solutions.


Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate with Store Operations, E-commerce, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Customer Service, Finance, warehouse teams, and other business partners to align logistics operations with business needs.
  • Support logistics planning and execution for new store openings, promotional campaigns, product launches, special events, and business expansion.
  • Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners regarding delivery risks, operational issues, and resolution plans.
  • Provide logistics guidance and process training to internal stakeholders when needed.


What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, fulfillment, warehouse operations, retail operations, or a related field.
  • Experience working with third-party logistics providers, warehouses, transportation partners, or fulfillment operations strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage operational issues with urgency and sound judgment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Experience within retail, e-commerce, consumer products, or another high-volume distribution environment is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn and grow within a global organization.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position (e.g., seated or at a desk) for extended periods while operating a computer or other office equipment.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.


Pay Range Details

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 annually. This range is provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws and may vary based on geographic location. Individual compensation will be determined based on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications. This position may also be eligible to participate in the Company's incentive compensation program.
