Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
• Coordinate with purchasing personnel to obtain required tools, supplies, parts, and materials. May be responsible for making expedited purchases when necessary.
• Perform facility repairs, installations, construction-related work, and general maintenance as needed.
• Maintain an organized inventory of maintenance supplies, parts, and tools.
• Complete routine maintenance tasks and standard work assignments in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist with maintenance-related projects and other duties as assigned.
• Follow all applicable safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements And Desired Responsibilities

• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and HVAC systems is preferred.
• Experience using power tools and hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond to maintenance needs in a timely manner.
• Basic computer skills.

Compensation (DOE): $23-30/hr
