About the Role
We're partnering with a well-established precision manufacturing company that produces high-quality machined metal components. We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join its manufacturing team. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Schedule - Monday - Thursday - 6am - 4pm (4x10 Schedule)
What You'll Be Doing
- Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues
- Respond to machine breakdowns and complete repairs to minimize downtime
- Inspect machinery and identify potential maintenance concerns before they become major issues
- Replace, repair, and adjust machine components, motors, bearings, belts, sensors, and other equipment parts
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, diagrams, and technical documentation
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
- Support machine installations, equipment moves, and facility improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and lockout/tagout practices
- Collaborate with production personnel to improve equipment reliability and performance
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity and efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and repair skills
- Knowledge of electrical systems, motors, pneumatic systems, and hydraulics
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-focused work ethic
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience maintaining CNC machines, screw machines, or other metal manufacturing equipment
- Understanding of PLCs and basic electrical troubleshooting
- Welding and fabrication experience
- Experience with preventive maintenance software or CMMS systems
- Forklift, scissor lift, or industrial equipment certifications
- Experience with facility maintenance and building systems
