- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CDMO, or life sciences procurement environments
- Strong understanding of global supply chain operations and regulated manufacturing requirements
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage strategic supplier relationships
- Excellent analytical, communication, project management, and leadership skills
