What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies supporting development and GMP manufacturing operations
  • Lead sourcing activities for raw materials, equipment, and critical services
  • Negotiate supplier agreements and manage key vendor relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to forecast demand and support supply planning
  • Implement process improvements and procurement technologies to increase efficiency
  • Monitor industry trends and supply chain risks to ensure continuity of supply
  • Manage procurement budgets and deliver cost-saving initiatives
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies to address supply chain vulnerabilities

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CDMO, or life sciences procurement environments
  • Strong understanding of global supply chain operations and regulated manufacturing requirements
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage strategic supplier relationships
  • Excellent analytical, communication, project management, and leadership skills
