Senior Project Manager
Location: Glendale, CA, NYC, NY, Seattle, WA or Orlando, FL (hybrid onsite 1-2 days a week)

Rate: $75/hr - $87/hr



We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations across multiple concurrent projects.



The Senior Project Manager will serve as a trusted partner to product, engineering, creative, operations, and executive stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for large-scale, high-visibility initiatives
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management

• Partner with senior stakeholders to align project objectives with business strategy
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across technology teams, publishing operations, and external partners.
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership, partners and technology cross functional teams
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts proactively

Process, Governance & Risk Management

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues; escalate when necessary
• Drive adherence to project management best practices, governance standards, and delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Continuously improve project delivery processes, tools, and workflows
• Ensure documentation, approvals, and change management processes are followed

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience delivering complex, cross-functional
• projects
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced
• environments
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum,
• Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across
• teams
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Required Education

BA or BS in STEM or 5+ years of experience
