Manufacturing Supervisor/Manager - Solar Trailers

Location: Woodland, CA

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead the daily production and assembly of solar trailers.

This role will supervise the production team, manage schedules and inventory, improve processes, and ensure products are built safely, accurately, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support daily production and assembly activities.

• Manage production schedules based on orders, materials, and team availability.

• Train and mentor assembly team members.

• Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions.

• Monitor inventory and coordinate material requirements.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and production issues.

• Track production and fulfilment performance.

• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, and Operations.

• Ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery standards are met.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience.

• 1+ year of supervisory, team lead, or lead technician experience.

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting wiring and production issues.

• Experience creating SOPs or work instructions.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Mechanically inclined and comfortable working on a production floor.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.

• Solar industry experience is a plus but not required.
