Marketing Art Director

We are looking to hire art directors for an immediate long-term project. Partnering with marketing teams, you will be responsible for owning visual concept and design direction for integrated campaigns across web, social, paid media, video, and events, translating brief and brand strategy into executional creative that ships on time.

You will also lead and mentor designers, contractors, and agency partners on assigned projects, reviewing work at key checkpoints and giving clear, actionable feedback that raises the quality bar.

Partner with copywriters, brand, product marketing, and creative operations to scope work, manage timelines and capacity, and present concepts to stakeholders with a clear rationale

The ideal candidate will also be comfortable and capable of supporting design work as needed.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years’ design for marketing assets and channels
• 3+ years as an art director or similar capacity
• 3+ Experience mentoring and guiding designers, contractors and working with agency partners
• Work well cross functionally as well as with stakeholders
• Project management/operations experience
• B2B Tech industry experience, SaaS highly preferred

This is a long-term contract opportunity

$125-150 hourly DOE
