National Account Manager
THE OPPORTUNITY:

THE ROLE:
The National Account Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing operational activities across a national client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, operations, or a related field, with demonstrated experience managing large-scale accounts and collaborating with senior-level stakeholders.
This position requires a strategic and results-oriented leader with exceptional organizational and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proven ability to improve operational processes and drive consistent service delivery.
The National Account Manager will work closely with internal leadership, field operations teams, and client stakeholders to ensure operational performance, customer satisfaction, and business objectives are consistently achieved.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in account management, operations, security, loss prevention, or a related field, preferably within a national or regional environment.
- Experience managing large, complex accounts and working directly with executives and senior-level decision-makers.
- Strong data analysis and forecasting skills, with the ability to evaluate trends, customer needs, operational performance, and business results.
- Demonstrated project management experience, including the ability to oversee multiple initiatives, manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure deliverables are completed.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Operations Oversight
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement best practices designed to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and service quality.
- Partner with field and corporate teams to address operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure service delivery aligns with established client expectations and organizational standards.
- Track key performance indicators and provide regular updates and recommendations to leadership.
Team Leadership
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to a national team of operations professionals.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Support the development and performance of operational leaders across multiple locations.
- Encourage consistent execution of policies, procedures, and best practices throughout the organization.
Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies designed to improve efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align account operations with broader organizational objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, scalability, and operational growth.
- Use data and business insights to support strategic decision-making and long-term account planning.
- Develop actionable plans to address performance gaps and capitalize on opportunities.
Client & Account Management
- Serve as a senior point of contact for assigned national accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and senior-level decision-makers.
- Understand client objectives, identify emerging needs, and ensure appropriate internal resources are aligned to meet them.
- Monitor overall account health, service performance, and client satisfaction.
- Lead regular business reviews and communicate performance, challenges, and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Base Salary: $165,000–$175,000 annually + annual bonus based on performance
