Responsibilities
- Develop a Disaster Recover Policy and Procedure to document and communicate a minimum set of disaster recovery requirements for effectively safeguarding The company's US Operations people, processes, and technology.
- The documents should reflect the scope of disaster recovery services and capabilities undertaken in the firm and in accordance with regulatory obligations.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or greater.
Required Skills
- 5-7 years of experience, with several years of experience in the financial services industry preferably in an Operational Resilience, Business Continuity Planning and / or Disaster Recovery capacity.
- Working knowledge of US financial services regulatory requirements associated with Operation Resilience, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.
- Big 4 consulting or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Effective project management skills and proven experience leading and delivering projects.
- Must be detail oriented, ability to work independently, and have strong organizational skills.
- Experience writing policy and procedure documents.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to interact and work efficiently and effectively with all staff across the organization.
- Strong verbal / written communications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
