We're looking for a Operations and CX Manager who thrives on building systems, solving complex logistical puzzles, and isn't above doing whatever it takes to keep things running smoothly. No job is too big or too small here.

This is not a polished corporate ops role. It's a startup ops role, which means the landscape shifts constantly, the responsibilities evolve with the business, and the person who succeeds here will be someone who gets energized by that, not intimidated by it.

We care more about your work ethic and ability to operate under pressure than a specific ops resume.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing our St. Louis-based warehouse and fulfillment teams, ensuring operations run efficiently and our product gets to customers the right way
• Owning our supply chain end-to-end across multiple continents and time zones, from raw material sourcing to finished goods delivery
• Working directly with customs brokers to navigate and optimize around the constantly shifting tariff landscape
• Managing Amazon inventory across our sales channels and maintaining safety stock thresholds to avoid stockouts
• Building and maintaining high-quality spreadsheets and tracking systems for inventory, supply chain, and operational planning
• Manage a small team handling customer support tickets in Zendesk
• Identify recurring customer issues and route product or fulfillment feedback back to the team
• Traveling occasionally to visit warehouse, supplier, or retail partners (roughly once or twice a quarter)

What We're Looking For:

• 3-4+ years in a fast-paced startup, or a high-intensity environment like consulting or investment banking. As stated above, we care more about your work ethic and ability to operate under pressure than a specific ops resume
• Hands-on experience managing warehouse or fulfillment operations
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Low ego, high ownership. You're comfortable being the most organized person in the room and the one unloading boxes if that's what the moment calls for
• Strong communicator who is willing to work across international time zones
• Based in Los Angeles (or willing to be)

Hours and Compensation:

• Salary: $85,000 – $95,000/year (based on experience)
• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: In-office Mon–Thu at our Culver City office, Fridays remote
