Title: Trust & Estates Planning/Administration Paralegal
Location: Ceres, CA (Hybrid)
Salary: $60k-$90k
Haraka Headhunters has partnered with a top-tier boutique law firm in northern California with over 30 years of estate transaction/litigation expertise looking to grow their team due to demand from existing clients and new business.
Qualifications:
Ideally, a minimum of 2 recent years of experience assisting attorneys with the following:
- Estate planning, trust administration and probate, with Conservatorship expertise
- Settlement, probate matters, guardianship and conservatorship, and contested are needed and if you are super techy that is even better!
Education:
- Bachelors degree or paralegal certificate preferred
