A well-established real estate firm in Avondale is seeking a Part Time Office Coordinator to join their team. This temporary position offers a competitive salary of $20/hour and is expected to last approximately 6 months, with the potential to become permanent. This is an engaging, fast-paced role ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities. This individual will play a key role in supporting office operations, administrative processes, vendor relationships, and internal systems to ensure the team runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities of the Part Time Office Coordinator:
- Coordinate relationships with vendors and service providers, including managing service requests, renewals, invoices, and ongoing communications.
- Oversee software subscriptions and user access, including account management, billing, renewals, and usage tracking.
- Maintain office equipment, supplies, kitchen areas, mail, printing, and shipping needs while coordinating repairs and service calls.
- Maintain internal databases and tracking systems, ensuring information is accurate and preparing recurring reports for leadership and team meetings.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment, system access, internal communications, and related administrative needs.
- Track employee compliance requirements, benefits administration, business insurance documentation, and other important deadlines.
- Assist with meetings, company events, office initiatives, and other administrative projects and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications of the Part Time Office Coordinator:
- Prior experience in office administration, operations, or executive support required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required.
- Experience in real estate or a professional services environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Highly professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology; proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace required.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and proactively anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
