Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Location: Pennsauken, NJ

Compensation: $30-$40/hr

Employment Type: Temp to Hire

Our client is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team. This is a Temp to Hire, in-office opportunity offering $30-$40/hr with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM. Candidates must have experience using Dayforce.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on time using Dayforce
• Review payroll information and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy
• Process payroll adjustments, deductions, garnishments, and benefit changes
• Respond to employee payroll-related inquiries
• Assist with payroll reporting and audits
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Support other payroll and administrative functions as needed

Requirements:

• Previous payroll processing experience required
• Must have hands-on Dayforce experience
• Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
