An accomplished tech entrepreneur is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive Personal Assistant & Estate Manager. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing priorities, and helping bring big ideas to life. Experience with aviation, yachting and interior design are critical to success. This role involves providing comprehensive personal and administrative support, including managing schedules, assisting with communications, and overseeing daily business needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate discretion, agility, and the ability to anticipate and respond to evolving priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates should be a commutable distance from the Silicon Beach area.


This role requires far more than traditional assistant support. The ideal candidate is someone who can move seamlessly from managing complex logistics and administrative tasks to tackling practical, day-to-day household needs with precision and initiative. No task is beneath them, and no challenge feels outside their capability.


Key Responsibilities:

Personal Support

  • Manage professional and personal vendors, service providers, and contracts
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel logistics.
  • Track expenses, manage reconciliations, and process invoices accurately and confidentially.
  • Proactively identify and address operational needs.
  • Coordinate personal errands, appointments, and household logistics
  • Assist with online purchases, reservations, gifting, and daily operations
  • Manage personal calendars, including special events and milestones
  • Track and manage important deadlines, renewals, subscriptions, and reminders

Household Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day functionality, maintenance, and organization of the residence(s), ensuring all systems operate efficiently
  • Assist with oversight of construction and interior design build outs
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs, including light electrical, plumbing, hardware, and general handyman tasks when appropriate
  • Coordinate and supervise vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs, installations, and routine maintenance
  • Monitor household systems such as HVAC, security, smart home technology, lighting, internet/networking, and audiovisual systems
  • Manage preventative maintenance schedules and proactively identify issues before they become larger problems
  • Maintain tools, supplies, and household inventory, ensuring the home is always properly stocked and operational
  • Support small renovation, design, or improvement projects, from sourcing materials to overseeing execution
  • Handle occasional physical tasks, including lifting, climbing ladders, moving furniture, and setting up spaces as needed
  • Ensure the property maintains a high standard of presentation, functionality, and aesthetic excellence at all times


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience supporting UHNWI’s in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new systems with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workplace
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • An eye for aesthetics and and details
  • Trusted with sensitive information; exercises sound judgment and discretion.
  • Self-directed with a proactive and anticipatory mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage administrative workflows effectively.
  • Strong references with a proven track record of excellence
  • Ideal background in yachting and aviation
  • Growth-minded and eager to take on increasing responsibility over time
