A well-established regional law firm with more than 40 years of success representing injured individuals throughout California, is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys advocating for injured clients, negotiating favorable settlements, and working closely with clients throughout the claims process, all while benefiting from a highly competitive compensation package and flexible remote work environment.


Responsibilities

  • Manage a full caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters from intake through settlement.
  • Conduct case evaluations and develop strategies to maximize case value.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties.
  • Draft demand packages and negotiate settlements with insurance carriers.
  • Review medical records, bills, and supporting documentation.
  • Advise clients regarding settlement options and case developments.
  • Work collaboratively with case managers, paralegals, and support staff to ensure exceptional client service.
  • Identify cases that require litigation and coordinate smooth transitions to the litigation team.


Qualifications

  • Active California Bar license and good standing.
  • 4+ years of personal injury experience, preferably handling pre-litigation matters.
  • Strong negotiation, client counseling, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience evaluating damages and preparing settlement demands.
