Photo Art Director

Our client, a PR agency, is looking for a Freelance Photo Art Director starting ASAP for 2 weeks! Hybrid in NYC and on set from 9/14-9/16.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development of photo-first campaigns and visual storytelling initiatives

• Conceptualize and art direct photography across a variety of marketing and brand touchpoints

• Partner closely with creative, strategy, production, and account teams to translate objectives into compelling visual concepts

• Develop mood boards, shot lists, creative references, and presentation materials

• Provide creative direction to photographers, stylists, talent, and production teams during pre-production and on-set shoots

• Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines while elevating the overall visual identity

• Present concepts and creative rationale to internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional photo art direction

• Experience leading lifestyle, fashion, beauty, consumer, hospitality, or brand campaigns preferred

• Ability to move quickly, think strategically, and execute at a high creative level within tight timelines

• Excellent communication and collab
