PMO / Delivery Support - Asset Management Firm (Private Credit) - 12 month contract

We're looking for a project manager with scrum master experience to support delivery across our change portfolio. This role owns ceremonies, keeps issue/risk/decision logs current, and communicates milestones and dependencies to stakeholders across the business.

Candidates must have 4–20 years of experience within a buy-side firm, either as an employee or as a consultant working with buy-side clients, ideally embedded on-site. This is a delivery seat, not a learning seat, so you should be comfortable working independently in a lean team with limited hand-holding.

Nice to have: exposure to Private Credit, Syndicated Loans, CLOs, Real Estate/Infrastructure (debt and/or equity), HY & IG Bonds, or Insurance Asset Management. Familiarity with our core systems (Aladdin, eFront, iLevel, FactSet, LevPro) is a plus, as is experience with translatable systems such as Sentry, WSO, Allvue/Black Mountain, Geneva, VPM, SkyRoad, PAM, or Oxane. We'd also value experience implementing vendor systems, building data and AI platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, MS SQL, etc.), or a software engineering background.

They'll need someone who's fully authorized to work in the US without any sponsorship / visa (cannot support H1B).

C2C must be through your own LLC (CANNOT be through an employer) and if need be we can do W2 at a reduced rate.

This is a hybrid (NYC) 12 month contract. The role requires 4 days per week onsite and 1 day remote, and candidates need to be able to commit to that schedule from day one.
