Principal Territory Account Executive, Restaurants — $350K OTE

Own Pinkbot’s restaurant growth in Jersey City.

You build a territory from zero: walk in, pitch the owner, close, and stay with each restaurant through its first month live.

What you will earn

$150,000 base plus $200,000 target commission, so $350,000 at target. Once you pass quota, commission accelerates, with no cap:

• 1.5x quota: $486,000
• 2x quota: $622,000
• 3x quota: $894,000

Reps who run our playbook hit target. Equity is included.

You will not take a pay cut to join

For your first three months, we help you get to OTE:

• Month 1: we expect 0% quota attainment and top you up to your OTE commission
• Month 2: we expect 50% quota attainment and pay up to 50% of your OTE commission
• Month 3: we expect 75% quota attainment and pay up to 25% of your OTE commission

What you will own

• Your own territory in Jersey City.
• The full cycle, from cold walk-in to the first month live.
• Signing restaurants that keep ordering.
• About 75 owner conversations a week while you build pipeline.

What you bring

• You have run a sales territory and grown it through cold, in-person visits. We have no inbound leads.
• You have sold to restaurants, bars or coffee shops, or in payments, point of sale, CPG, alcohol and beverage, or food service.
• You have hit quota for several years and can walk us through the numbers: territory, accounts, average deal size and close rate.
