Procurement Supervisor

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of six buyers
• Oversee daily Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities
• Manage purchasing of materials, equipment, services, and indirect goods
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies
• Negotiate pricing, terms, contracts, and supplier agreements
• Manage supplier relationships and performance
• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Finance, Capital Projects, and Legal
• Support procurement for both plant operations and capital projects
• Analyze procurement spend, costs, and supplier performance
• Identify cost savings and process improvement opportunities
• Ensure purchasing activities align with company policies and commercial requirements
• Utilize SAP/ERP systems and procurement data to support decision-making

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial purchasing, procurement, or project procurement experience
• 3+ years of direct supervisory/team leadership experience
• Experience managing buyers, purchasing specialists, or expeditors
• Strong SAP and ERP/MRP experience
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Experience with supplier management and commercial negotiations
• Background in industrial, manufacturing, mining, refining, petrochemical, or similar environments
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
