The Opportunity

This is not a traditional stakeholder management Product Manager role.

We're looking for a builder. Someone who has personally taken products from idea to launch, thrives in ambiguity, talks directly to customers, and moves quickly from insight to execution.

You'll join a small but high-impact Product organization and help shape the future of AI-powered workflows across voice intelligence, knowledge management, automation, and emerging agentic technologies.

What You'll Be Working On

• AI-powered voice agents and conversational AI products
• Native desktop and mobile experiences
• Advanced transcription and machine learning capabilities
• Workflow automation for complex research and diligence processes
• AI-driven knowledge management and intelligence platforms
• Compliance-focused solutions for highly regulated industries

What You'll Do

• Own products and features from discovery through launch and iteration
• Conduct customer interviews and user research firsthand
• Translate customer insights into product strategy and roadmap decisions
• Partner closely with Design on user experiences and prototypes
• Work side-by-side with Engineering to bring products to market
• Define success metrics and measure product impact
• Iterate rapidly based on user feedback and data

What We're Looking For

✅ Proven experience building and launching products from 0-to-1

✅ Strong track record of shipping products quickly and iterating based on customer feedback

✅ Experience working directly with users to identify problems and validate solutions

✅ Hands-on collaboration with Engineering and Design throughout the product lifecycle

✅ Strong analytical mindset with clear ownership of metrics and outcomes

✅ Excellent communication skills and structured problem-solving ability

✅ Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI, machine learning, LLMs, or developer tools
• Background in SaaS, workflow automation, or productivity products
• Exposure to financial services, consulting, compliance, or enterprise software
