Trident Consulting is seeking a " Production Operator – Electro-Mechanical Assembly” for one of our clients, A global energy technology company

Job Title : Production Operator – Electro-Mechanical Assembly

Duration: 12+Month contract (possible extension)

Location: Skaneateles, NY 13153- 100% Onsite

Pay Rate : $20 - $23/Hr on W2

Hours: 40 hours/week | Overtime/weekends may be required

Schedule: Monday–Friday, (07:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Job Description:

About the Role

• We're looking for a hands-on Production Operator to assemble, test, and inspect small electro-mechanical components and subassemblies.
• This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys precision work, using tools, soldering, and building products.

What You'll Do

• Assemble small electro-mechanical components using hand tools and precision equipment.
• Perform soldering and wiring.
• Use torque drivers and other precision tools.
• Read and follow BOMs, work instructions, and assembly procedures.
• Perform functional testing and quality inspections.
• Identify assembly issues and help troubleshoot problems.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hands-on soldering experience.
• Experience with small-part or precision assembly.
• Good mechanical aptitude and hand-tool experience.
• Strong attention to detail and fine motor skills.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and quality requirements.
• Manufacturing, electronics, electro-mechanical, or assembly experience is a plus.
