- Learn new tools and workflows quickly.
- Explore automation and AI to improve media workflows.
- Provide responsive support in a production environment where timing is critical.

3–5+ years of relevant experience in areas such as:
- Post-Production Engineering / Support
- Media Systems or Media Operations
- Production Technology
- DIT / Digital Imaging
- Post-Production Facilities
- Strong experience with film/TV post-production workflows and troubleshooting is especially important.
- You should be comfortable diagnosing problems, working under pressure, communicating clearly, and taking ownership of issues from start to resolution.
Nice to Have
- Colorfront
- Aspera
- Avid Media Composer
- Baselight
- Adobe Premiere
- Frame.io / Autodesk PIX
- MAM, SAN/NAS, or cloud media workflows
- Automation, scripting, or AI experience
Location: Los Angeles — approximately 3 days onsite initially.
Schedule: 40 hours/week with occasional evening, weekend, or after-hours support as the team moves toward 24/7 coverage.
Interested? If you have a strong post-production background and enjoy solving technical problems, we’d love to hear from you.
