Production Supervisor

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• 2+ years supervising a team in production/manufacturing (aerospace, semiconductor, automotive, or similar industry)
• 5+ years of warehouse/production experience in a related industry
• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and industry/regulatory standards
• Proven experience leading and managing a team
• Proficient in MS Office and general office equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or a related field
• Bilingual in English and Vietnamese

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support the production team to hit daily output and quality goals
• Build and maintain production schedules; prepare weekly reports and track performance metrics with the Operations Supervisor
• Ensure production processes are followed correctly; identify and implement improvements
• Review quality/inspection documents and partner with Engineering to resolve issues
• Solve daily production issues independently, escalating major problems as needed
• Perform and train others on key production tasks, especially those tied to major customer requirements
• Create training materials and lead cross-training to build team flexibility
• Help develop work instructions and support planning for business growth
• Conduct performance reviews and support team members' professional development
