A nationally recognized, Top ENR-ranked General Contractor is looking to hire a Project Executive to lead healthcare construction projects across the Los Angeles and Orange County Markets.

The business has an established presence throughout Southern California, a strong pipeline of healthcare work, and the resources and infrastructure of a major national contractor.

This position will take senior-level responsibility for multiple projects and project teams, while also playing an important role in strengthening existing client relationships and expanding the company’s healthcare portfolio across Los Angeles.

The successful candidate will come from a Commercial General Contractor background and have significant experience delivering complex healthcare projects, values at $50M+.

There is no out-of-state travel associated with the position, with projects focused specifically within the Los Angeles market.

The Role

• Provide executive oversight across multiple healthcare construction projects
• Lead Project Managers, Superintendents, and wider project teams
• Oversee projects from preconstruction and procurement through construction, closeout, and turnover
• Maintain overall accountability for budgets, schedules, contracts, risk, and project profitability
• Work closely with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal leadership
• Provide strategic direction and support teams in resolving complex project challenges
• Maintain high standards across safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance
• Partner with preconstruction and estimating teams during pursuit, planning, and procurement
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare clients
• Identify future project opportunities and help expand the company's healthcare presence
• Support the recruitment, mentoring, and development of project leadership
• Contribute to the strategic growth of the healthcare business across Los Angeles

What They’re Looking For

• Senior-level construction management experience with a Commercial General Contractor
• A strong track record delivering large-scale ground-up healthcare construction projects
• Experience overseeing multiple projects and management teams simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of preconstruction, buyout, scheduling, contracts, cost control, and project delivery
• Ability to manage senior relationships with owners, design teams, and key project stakeholders
• Strong understanding of project risk, commercial performance, and profitability
• Experience developing and growing client relationships
• Stable employment history / strong job tenure
• Proven leadership and team-development ability
• Knowledge of the Los Angeles construction market
• A commercially minded leader who wants to take ownership of and help grow a healthcare portfolio

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary up to $250,000, depending on experience
