A well-established engineering consulting firm specializing in municipal and public sector infrastructure projects is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing team. This position will be overseeing projects from planning through construction while coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies.
• Review project plans, specifications, estimates, and technical documentation.
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical or construction-related issues.
• Conduct periodic field visits to support project execution and construction administration.
• Prepare project reports, schedules, and client communications.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required).
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 4+ years of project management or construction management experience within civil engineering.
• Experience managing municipal, public sector, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction administration, budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination.
