  • Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, and project execution plans.
  • Manage architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
  • Oversee bidding, procurement, contracts, change orders, and invoices.

  • Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress, safety, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with property management teams to minimize disruption to residents and operations.
  • Identify and resolve project risks, cost issues, and schedule challenges.
  • Manage project documentation, punch lists, closeout, and turnover.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience, with strong multifamily real estate experience required.
  • Proven experience managing renovations, capital projects, construction, or property repositioning.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, contracts, and scheduling.
  • Experience managing contractors, consultants, architects, and engineers.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across a portfolio.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • California/Bay Area experience strongly preferred.
