Project Manager – Commercial Interiors
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Salary: $120,000–$170,000 DOE
Overview
I’m working with a well-established Commercial General Contractor in Los Angeles looking to add an experienced Project Manager to its growing team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial tenant improvement, Class A office, creative office, renovations, or high-end interiors, with experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial TI projects from preconstruction through completion.
- Oversee budgets, estimating, buyout, forecasting, and cost control.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and contracts.
- Coordinate closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and clients.
- Lead project schedules, closeout, and overall client communication.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
- Commercial GC experience required.
- Strong commercial TI/interiors experience preferred.
- Strong financial, estimating, scheduling, and contract management skills.
- Procore and Bluebeam experience preferred.
- Los Angeles market experience is a plus.
