Construction Project Manager (Commercial)
South Bay Construction | Full-Time
South Bay Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager with a strong background in tenant improvements, ground-up new construction, and team leadership. This role manages projects from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial TI and ground-up construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
- Lead project teams including superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors
- Serve as primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants
- Manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and pay applications
- Ensure compliance with plans, codes, and safety requirements
- Conduct project meetings and provide clear reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Proven experience with tenant improvements and new construction
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Autodesk, Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar tools
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

Salary Range: $150,000.00-$200,000.00 per year (DOE)
