Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Front Office Transformation Team, supporting strategic Client Data Management initiatives across Capital Markets. The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years of strong project management experience within a Tier 1 bank or leading consulting firm, along with strong data analysis skills and broad Capital Markets knowledge. Experience across Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Commodities, and front-to-back Markets processes is highly preferred.

Location: New York, NY (hybrid)

Duration: 06 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams focused on Client Data Management and strategic data solutions across Capital Markets.
• Drive initiatives to improve management of client static data, including scalable processes for data masking.
• Own project requirements, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and execution across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and critical path analysis.
• Partner with Front Office, Technology, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to align requirements and deliverables.
• Manage senior stakeholders, build consensus, and proactively address project risks, issues, and roadblocks.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and governance reporting for senior management, highlighting project status, risks, issues, and milestones.
• Use Excel and data analysis to work with large datasets, identify trends/issues, and support project decisions.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting in accordance with established governance and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Project Management experience, ideally within a Tier 1 bank or Top 4 consulting firm.
• Must have strong Capital Markets experience and understanding of trading environments.
• Strong knowledge of Markets products, including Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and/or Commodities.
• Understanding of front-to-back Markets processes and client data flows.
• Experience with Client Data Management, Static Data, Regulatory Data, or related data initiatives strongly preferred.
• Strong data analysis skills, including advanced Excel and experience working with large datasets.
• Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to present complex information to senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and senior stakeholders.
