Project Manager - Collaborative R&D（J53740）

工作职责：

1.负责新型显示、MLED、传感等领域的初创企业、高校的技术寻源、技术评估工作；

2.牵引外部相关企业或高校资源与内部相关事业部展开战略合作，跟进项目合作进展，推进项目落地；

3.积极参加行业CES、SID、IEEE等行业展会，拓展专家网络，扩大技术寻源网络；

4.积极拓展外部合作资源，与风投机构、孵化器、行业协会等机构和行业专家保持紧密联系，了解行业趋势动态。

任职资格：

1.电子工程、物理、化学或相关专业，博士学历；

2.具有显示、传感等光电领域相关产业经验者优先；

3.中、英文口语和书面流利，沟通表达能力强；

4.能灵活应对及胜任行业展会及国内外差旅行程等临时工作任务；

5.优秀的中英文听说读写能力。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for technology sourcing and evaluation in emerging fields such as new display technologies, MLED, and sensors, targeting startups and universities;

2. Facilitate strategic collaborations between external companies or academic institutions and internal business units, monitor project progress, and drive project implementation;

3. Actively participate in industry events such as CES, SID, and IEEE conferences to expand expert networks and strengthen technology sourcing channels;

4. Proactively develop external partnerships by maintaining close relationships with venture capital firms, incubators, industry associations, and experts to stay informed about industry trends and dynamics.

Qualifications:

1. PhD degree in electronic engineering, physics, chemistry, or a related field;

2. Prior experience in the display, sensor, or optoelectronic industries is preferred;

3. Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English, with strong communication and presentation skills;

4. Ability to flexibly handle temporary assignments, including attending industry exhibitions and managing domestic and international business trips;

5. Excellent proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in both Chinese and English.
