Property Manager

Seeking a Korean speaking Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of 4 building 500+ unit residential properties.

Responsible for managing maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining the overall functionality and safety of the property.

Your leadership will ensure that all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems operate efficiently, providing a safe and comfortable environment for tenants and staff alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead facilities management initiatives, implement maintenance repair procedures, and drive continuous improvement in property operations.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage facilities maintenance, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely in accordance with OSHA standards.

Oversee mechanical systems repair, Mini-Split system maintenance, electrical systems troubleshooting, plumbing system upkeep, and industrial maintenance activities.

Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules using Yardi.

Manage facilities maintenance projects from planning through execution, coordinating resources, timelines, and budgets effectively.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting regular safety inspections, maintaining schematics for electrical and mechanical systems, and enforcing safety procedures among team members.

Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, and repair logs to support operational transparency and continuous improvement efforts.

Experience

Proven management experience supervising facilities or maintenance teams within industrial or commercial environments.

Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC system repair, electrical systems troubleshooting (including high voltage and low voltage), plumbing system maintenance, and industrial equipment repair.

Experience using YARDI software for work order management and maintenance scheduling.

Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to safety regulations.

• Excellent leadership qualities combined with effective communication skills in Korean and English to guide teams and liaise with stakeholders effectively.
