Tverdov Housing is a growing, technology-driven real estate company managing over $100 million in residential rental properties on behalf of investor clients. As one of the largest managers of scattered-site single-family and multifamily homes in the region, we provide full-service property management, leasing, construction management, and real estate services while continuously investing in better systems and stronger operations.


We're seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential units and lead a team of Assistant Property Managers. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on operational excellence, team development, owner relations, maintenance oversight, and portfolio performance.


What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage Assistant Property Managers and support staff to ensure efficient portfolio operations.
  • Oversee daily property management activities across scattered-site residential units.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for property owner clients and maintain strong investor relationships.
  • Manage tenant and owner escalations and drive timely resolution.
  • Oversee maintenance operations, vendor performance, work orders, and larger repair or renovation projects.
  • Coordinate move-ins, unit turnovers, and leasing-related operational activities.
  • Monitor rent collection efforts and collaborate with team members on delinquent accounts.
  • Own eviction-related decisions and coordinate filings when necessary.
  • Manage and resolve municipal, state, fire, housing, and property violations.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and workflow management within AppFolio and LeadSimple.
  • Enforce company policies, improve processes, and contribute to operational efficiencies.
  • Participate in occasional after-hours emergencies and support peak turnover periods.


What We're Looking For

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of property management experience.
  • Proven leadership experience managing people and holding teams accountable.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working directly with property owners, tenants, and vendors.
  • Comfortable making decisions, solving problems, and driving outcomes independently.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities within a growing organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AppFolio, LeadSimple, or similar property management software.
  • Coursework or professional experience in accounting, finance, business, or real estate.
  • Construction management, renovation coordination, or property inspection experience.
  • Spanish language proficiency.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting salary of $65,000 annually

  • Monday-Friday schedule with office hours from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST.
