This role is responsible for managing technical documentation, formula records, product registrations, stability reports, and cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate and timely support of product development activities.

Position Overview
The R&D Regulatory Specialist (Cosmetics) will support the Research & Innovation team. This role is responsible for managing technical documentation, formula records, product registrations, stability reports, and cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate and timely support of product development activities.
Responsibilities Of The R&D Regulatory Specialist (Cosmetics)
- Maintain and prepare technical documentation for the R&D team.
- Manage product registrations and formula submissions.
- Create and maintain formula compositions, ingredient lists, and documentation for customer requests, label claims, and artwork reviews.
- Generate stability summary reports and maintain documentation within SharePoint.
- Develop and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) in collaboration with production and other departments.
- Regulatory experience within the cosmetics or personal care industry.
- Knowledge of product registration systems, formula documentation, or BOM management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Experience with SharePoint and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with hazardous goods shipping documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in a Science-related field preferred.
