Real Estate Associate Attorney

Role Description The Real Estate Associate Attorney will work on a full-time, on-site basis in Philadelphia, PA. Candidates should have 3 or more years of transactional real estate experience (large law firm experience preferred, but boutique or mid-size firm real estate experience considered). Successful candidates will focus on acquisitions and dispositions, financing, real estate development, land use and zoning, and commercial leasing. Important attributes include excellent oral and research skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of real estate law firm experience
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating Leases and related commercial real estate agreements.
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
• Familiarity with Real Estate Development projects and associated regulatory, permitting, and land use issues.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
