Mid-Level Real Estate Transactional Attorney

Oakland, CA (Hybrid)


A respected California law firm is seeking a Real Estate Transactional Associate (3–6+ years) to join a collaborative practice representing clients in complex real estate development, financing, and property transactions throughout California.


This opportunity is ideal for attorneys who enjoy sophisticated transactional work and are interested in projects that support housing, economic development, and community-focused initiatives.

Ideal Background


  • 3–6+ years of transactional legal experience
  • Commercial real estate, real estate finance, development, lending, or related practice areas
  • Active California Bar license
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills
  • Interest in housing, development, or community-impact work preferred
